Our client in Saltillo MS is looking to hire an administrative / front desk receptionist to fill a 6-to-8-week contract position. If you're a hard-working professional, this is the perfect position for you. This is the opportunity you've been looking for.

This is Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; $11.00 hr.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Ability to type 40 wpm.
• 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience
