Summary: Update electronic filing system with archived documents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, by scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases
-Securely discarding duplicate and obsolete documents
-Data Entry
- Coordinate with other departments if necessary to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrolled student
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Skills:
