Responsibilities
Responsible for creation, management and quality of New Business and Renewal submissions following all contractual rules and regulations.
Submission entry and clearance will also require adherence to naming standards and filing procedures. Assist with office incoming mail and outgoing mail, motor vehicles records, commercial automobile filings and signed form follow-ups as requested by Underwriting or driven by standard departmental practices.
Shared responsibility of delivery of policies and endorsements as well as assisting agencies requesting loss runs. Responsible for promptly responding to all agent / customer requests, analyzing and processing incoming correspondence.
