Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and investigations
- Provide traffic control and enforce traffic laws
- Assist with crowd control during events or emergencies
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies on joint operations
- Perform loss prevention duties to protect property and assets
- Handle animals in various situations, including animal control and care

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree)
- Completion of a police academy training program
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of law enforcement principles, procedures, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with the public
- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in criminal investigation techniques and evidence collection
- Familiarity with surveillance methods and equipment
- Leadership skills to take charge of situations and make sound decisions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
- Experience in animal handling or care is a plus
