THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Poker Tournament Dealer to perform the act of dealing and running a game in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for accuracy of table bank
Responsible for compliance of gaming regulations
Explain rules and answer questions for guests
Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play
Responsible for accuracy of table pot and table rake
Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the one club card
Assist in poker room operation as needed
Assume additional responsibilities on an as needed basis
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Extensive knowledge of all poker games and procedures
Basic and intermediate math skills, handling chip and currency, distinguish poker hand combinations
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
