Supervisory Responsibilities:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience. Must be able to successfully pass dealer assessment and audition. Must be fast and accurate in handling cash. Six months experience in a customer service field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and respond effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of organization and over the radio.
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs. Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery Agency and meet any credentialing requirements of the Maryland Gaming Control Board. Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Training certification.
