Poker Dealer jobs in Connecticut
Poker Dealer deals poker, accepts bets, pays winners, and collects from non-winners. Handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Being a Poker Dealer may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Poker Dealer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Under the direction of a Floor Supervisor, the incumbent operates and conducts the game assigned in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming procedures and internal controls and the rules and procedures of the assigned game.
