Dealer Portal Administrator (Construction Equipment) Responsible for gathering business requirements and work with the developers and each department to enhance dealer portal process and functionalities.

SUMMARY Dealer Portal Administrator is responsible for gathering business requirements and work with the developers and each department to enhance dealer portal process and functionalities.

The role includes implementation of portal edits and ensuring that the portal is current and up to date e.g. updating configuration, dealers, users, product information etc.

He / she is the central person to respond to any operational issues with the portal and provide proper solutions to the field and internal teams.

DUTIES Maintain daily operations of the Dealer Portal functionalities to meet business requirements. This includes both Equipment Orders as well as Parts Web Shop based on the same platform used.

• Maintain status for all portal projects and assist to ensure meeting on time to deliver the solution.* Lead and perform tests on all configuration and upgrade processes and achieve business objectives and maintain knowledge on new technology for all portal environment.
• Determine all long term objectives for site and recommend enhancements to all content according to guideline.* Analyze all system upgrade and applications and ensure compliance to all program requirements and design all solutions for new portal and assist to resolve all production issues.
• Monitor and analyze all system metrics and maintain optimal performance for all portals.* Maintain an efficient portal documentation system including training material and maintain knowledge of all portal marketplace and continuous changes in industries.
• Provide support to all business operations including hands-on training and ensure optimization of all* The dealer portal administrator will receive and respond to all inbound calls and periodic inquiries from Hitachi Dealer and field personnel for general and specific information on Dealer Portal.
• Maintain and modify D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) data including Dealer Accounts, Customer Contacts and active opportunities as information is provided by the HCMA dealer network.
• Assist sales order processing and ensure all order details are correct and up-to-date, including dates, allocations, and product details.
• Will work closely with all functional groups within the company including parts, service & finance* Continuous engagement with the field based team 21st February, 2022 REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business related field, more specifically, sales and marketing, or Information Technology especially data management and analysis (Preferred)* Minimum 3 years practical working experience in sales related activities (Preferred)* Basic knowledge of construction equipment is a plus, however not mandatory.

QUALITIES Self-motivated, a self-starter and good attention to detail* Good communication skills - verbal, phone, written* Excellent time management skills and be able to plan and prioritize activities to maximize dealer and customer support efforts* Work independently and be able to utilize critical thinking skills.
