Job Description: Residential Plumber Cincinnati

We are seeking a skilled and journeyman plumber to join our team as a Residential Plumber in Cincinnati. As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential clients, troubleshooting plumbing issues, proposing solutions, estimating costs, and completing repairs and installations.

$3,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment for hourly paid Residential Plumbers.
$3,000 retention bonus paid out at end of first year of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide advice to clients.
• Propose solutions and estimate costs for repairs and installations.
• Complete repairs and installations efficiently and effectively
• Promote the company brand and maintain customer rapport.
• Lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent customer service skills
