Position Concept: The Player Assistant is one of the most visible Team Members at the facility. This position is tasked with potentially being one of the highest contact points to members and guests. Due to the nature of the position, the Player Assistant be pleasant, friendly, and outgoing while maintaining the flow of a high volume golf facility.
Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and communicate course rules and expectations while playing a GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness Club Golf Course. Monitor pace of play and regulations. Create a friendly and organized atmosphere.
