The Player’s Club Representative (Rep) is an Excellence in Guest Service ambassador for JRCR. The mission, responsibilities and accountability of the Player’s Club Rep pertain to professionalism, positive/friendly interaction and compatibility with external/internal guests at all times. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. The Player’s Club Rep maintains the highest level of propriety in relation to company and department standards. These include honesty, integrity, ethical, loyal, personal and business traits that must be exhibited on a daily basis. Lastly, the Player’s Club Rep is expected to make decisions in time appropriate manner. These decisions impact the Players Club and JRCR in general in an effort to build loyalty to brand with each and every guest we come in contact with.
Solicits and identifies new guests on the casino floor for Dreamcatcher’s Club
Creates and maintains player’s accounts
Issues point vouchers, adjusts points, adjusts Promo Play (PBT) and extends complimentaries in accordance with Management's policy.
Acknowledges, greets and converses with guests on the casino floor.
Assists guests both over the phone and in person.
Issues player cards and reprints.
Promotes Dreamcatcher’s card usage and benefits of Player’s Club
Accurately communicates all marketing activities and promotions, and amenities available to guests.
Assists with the resolution of guest issues.
Coordinates Slot and/or Table Games tournament sign-ups.
Sell tickets for concerts and conduct cash transactions during this process.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Strong guest service, public relations, conflict resolution, oral and written communication skills.
Pay range: $16.00 to $20.80 per hour
*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
