At the Hope Club members and their guests enjoy our fine dining restaurant, private events, overnight guest rooms, and fitness facilities.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as the Front Desk Attendant. The Front Desk Attendant will work at the Front Desk, providing a welcoming first impression and completing tasks related to our overnight guest rooms, dining reservations, and general reception duties.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming members and guests to the Clubhouse in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
• Taking dining and overnight guestroom reservations
• Checking guests in and out of overnight guest rooms
• Manage overnight guest room room blocks and waitlists
• Effectively communicate Club information to members and guests
• Organizing miscellaneous Front Desk files and documents
• Provide excellent customer support and address guest concerns or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
• Full job description and duties to be furnished upon interview

Skills:

• Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
• Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Member and guest-focused attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
