Player Development Manager:
Provides customer service to our gaming guests above and beyond what is normally provided on the gaming floor. Create a friendly rapport with customers to promote loyalty among our guests, ensuring a return visit. Hosts special events, involved in mailings to high end customers, acts as a customer service representative on the gaming floor who guests recognize and can contact for services, events, complaints, or any other gaming needs. Ability to resolve a customer complaint or problems. Able to call customers verifying RSVPs and make personal invitations. Help with evening, weekend, and off-property trips/events/promotions. Completes other duties as assigned.
