We are seeking Machine Operators to support our client’s fast-growing team in the manufacturing industry! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining one of three manufacturing machines, including a Digital Finishing Press, Rewinder, or Flexo Operator. You will be responsible for ensuring that the machine is set up, maintained, and operated according to production specifications and standards to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain one of the three manufacturing machines (Digital Finishing Press, Rewinder, and Flexo Operator).
- Set up the machine according to job specifications, ensuring each job is done to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and gather all necessary materials, including paper, inks, coatings, and tooling required for the job.
- Mix and adjust inks as required.
- Conduct start-up and in-process inspections to guarantee top-quality finished products.
- Ensure that all printing plates, cylinders, ink pans, and other related materials are clean and stored appropriately.
- Complete quality work in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to read and use a ruler
- Basic computer and math skills
- Knowledge and understanding of printing processes a plus
