Plant Superintendent supervises and coordinates workers' activities in all phases of plant operations. Develops and manages production and maintenance schedules to meet internal volume, cost, and quality goals. Being a Plant Superintendent utilizes operational metrics to analyze productivity, identify issues, and achieve production goals. Troubleshoots operational, materials, equipment, and staffing problems and coordinates solutions. Additionally, Plant Superintendent implements plant safety and security inspections, auditing, and training procedures to meet OSHA and other required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Plant Superintendent manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Plant Superintendent typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Full Time or Part Time
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prep and clean delivery expo counter
Have a list of delivery drivers available and their contact information
Fully stock area with writing utensils, paper, staples and stapler
Have good knowledge of menu offerings and food allergens, if any
Take orders over the phone and put in ordering system
Assist guests with their choices, put order in ordering system, monitor timing of orders on the screens, ensure all items ordered are accounted for and packaged properly
Contact driver and inform them of delivery location and provide delivery instructions
Address App orders as above
Keep space clean at all times
Assist Manager on Duty as needed
