This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director Plant Operations will oversee the maintenance, biomedical services, security, and housekeeping operations for two critical access hospital campuses. The Director Plant Operations will oversee two Facility Managers, two Housekeeping Supervisors, one Security Supervisor, and roughly 30 supporting staff. Daily responsibilities include establishing departmental goals and standards, overseeing management of construction projects, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, managing departmental budgets, and supporting the mission of the organization.
