Being a Plant Inspector documents all instances of non-conformance and rejected products in production reports. Prepares required inspection certifications. Additionally, Plant Inspector requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Plant Inspector works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are an expanding company supplying the horticultural industry in the United States and Canada, looking for additional individuals to fill a position on our technical sales team in the Great Lakes region. Our client base includes greenhouse vegetables, greenhouse ornamentals, nurseries, and medicinal crops. Products and services sold by the company include integrated pest management products, plant nutrition, and innovative consumables. This is a fully remote role, and you will be expected to travel within your territory a minimum of three days a week.
