• Performs accurate keying and data review for quality control using the County's HRMS Oracle system; functions successfully as part of a highly engaged, fast-paced, high functioning team;
• Recognizes system and data issues and reports to appropriate team member for follow up; takes initiative; has excellent attention to detail and proofreads.
• Some knowledge of human resources administration and functional areas; ability to learn, understand, apply and communicate human resources program and service information; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written directions.
• Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets, databases and other business software products; ability to use specialized systems; demonstrated keying accuracy; and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, employees and the public.

Minimum starting salary is $16.64 and is commensurate with experience.

This is an hourly position and will not exceed 29 hours per week.
