Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Controller to join our team. As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities at our manufacturing plant. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives - Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities - Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements - Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements - Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors - Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights - Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations - Provide guidance and support to plant management on financial matters Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) - Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including debits/credits and general ledger reconciliation - Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor management - Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in accounting and finance, we encourage you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position. Pay: $109,514.00 - $135,000.00 per year
