Planning Director directs and oversees the patient service planning function for a hospital or healthcare system. Performs analysis of trends in healthcare and makes recommendations for new services or changes in existing services. Being a Planning Director supports feasibility analysis and new program planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Planning Director typically reports to top management. The Planning Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Planning Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are a financial planning firm located in Columbus, Ohio and are currently adding another office in Toledo. We are seeking a lead advisor looking to bring on clients to the firm and do workshops in the community for our firm. We pay for all marketing and have a marketing machine and appointments will be put on your calendar each week. You will also have the ability to work only with bringing-on clients. All other responsibilities will be delegated so you can do what you do best and give the utmost service to our clients.
