Primary Purpose
Leads and directs Sales Production & Planning team, has full knowledge of the production planning of all ready to cook poultry production for Mountaire. Oversees and guides the activities of the Sales and Production Planning Coordinators, ensuring that customer orders are scheduled and produced to meet customer on time in full (OTIF) metrics. Works closely with Sales, Production Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Live Operations and Executive team members to meet immediate demand requirements while working alongside Accounting, Sales, and Production Operations teams to create, maintain and track the Annual Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP).
