    Role and Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
    • Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, including subcontractors and construction crew, to ensure productivity and efficiency.
    • Prepare and submit regular daily logs & progress reports to management, highlighting milestones, issues, and recommended solutions.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction activities, safety regulations, and quality standards.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing small to large-scale projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
    • High level of purposeful intensity and the ability to think critically through problems.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in construction management software (Contractor Foreman used) and Microsoft Office| Google Docs
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred but OSHA 10 Certification required.
