This position manages daily job site activities and personnel, potentially as a coach or resource for other company positions.
Work Environment:
The employee will be on active outdoor or indoor job sites, encountering varying environmental conditions and construction equipment. Personal Protective Equipment must be utilized as necessary.
Physical Demands:
The Construction Superintendent must be physically capable of visiting job sites, performing various tasks, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Office equipment usage may also be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, exempt position, with work hours typically Monday-Friday, totaling 50 hours per week. Evening or weekend work may be necessary.

Travel to job sites and occasional educational training may be required.
