Planner/Scheduler - Construction jobs in Canton, OH

Kiko Construction is a General Contractor located in Carrollton, OH specializing in residential new home builds, framing, finish work, complete kitchen and bathroom remodels and tile work. We are rapidly growing and looking to hire an entry level Construction Crew Member who wants to grow with the company. The ideal candidate would be eager to work and learn the construction trade. Projects can be located in Carroll, Columbiana, Stark and Tuscarawas counties. This position includes competitive hourly pay, travel pay and discretionary performance bonuses.

Job Duties: Ability to perform most carpentry tasks such as:

• Reading tape measure
• Operating hand and power tools
• Rough framing
• Installing siding, windows and doors
• Roofing
• Trim work, including flooring and baseboards
• Cabinet installation
• Tile installation
• Tools required – Tool belt, hammer and utility knife

Requirements include but not limited to:

• Transportation - ability to meet at jobsite daily and on time
• Detailed workmanship
• Self- motivated and able to complete tasks in an efficient manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Any combination of education and/or work experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Flexibility in work schedule (typically 7am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday)
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Comfortable with heights

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (Pay based on experience and work ethic)
