Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will implement customer retention and B2B engagement by using digital marketing and working closely with our sales team. You will create branding campaigns for both the company and products with a targeting marketing approach. The right candidate has strong marketing knowledge, is enthusiastic and a great team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage company’s social media across all channels including LinkedIn
• Write, proofread, and publish creative content across social media, email and company website
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) and report to management to help shape future marketing strategies
• Understand factors in SEO optimization
• Manage end-to-end marketing projects
• Advocate brand effectively and consistently
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
• Collaborate with sales to create targeted strategies and business development plans based on the goals of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing including social media, content marketing and email marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
