Plan Design Specialist works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Specialist monitors and analyzes cost trends. May handle more complex plan design. Additionally, Plan Design Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The primary responsibility for the Fluid Power Application Specialist, System Design is to specify, design, engineer and quote, fluid power systems and components including hydraulic power units, custom valve manifolds and assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatically operated machinery and related equipment.

Skills/Qualifications: Extensive Fluid Power Background in Mobile or Industrial Hydraulics, Certification Preferred; Experience with Fluid Power Distribution Preferred; Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD; Experience with Electro Hydraulic & Proportional Systems, Filtration Technologies, and Understanding of Electrical & Electronic Systems Related to Fluid Power Equipment; Motivated to stay Current in Hydraulic System Design Concepts; Strong Project Management Abilities; Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Projects; Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal); Highly Motivated Self Starter.
