Plan Design Specialist works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Specialist monitors and analyzes cost trends. May handle more complex plan design. Additionally, Plan Design Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working part time. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Ultimately, we are looking for designers that can open their schedule on a Full-Time basis. This means providing us as many open days within a month as possible, which includes 2 Saturdays.
We are looking for people who have:
Earn $3,000-$6,000 in commission and bonuses per month
