Marketing Specialist

BSR Design and Supplies (BSR) and Spokane Restaurant Equipment (SRE), leaders in the full-service food service equipment and supplies industry, are seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing strategies for both companies. With locations in Southern Idaho and Spokane, Washington, this role demands a versatile, innovative, and efficient marketer capable of juggling multiple brand identities while maintaining a cohesive brand message. This full-time role is in person (not remote) 8am-5pm M-F. Principal Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for BSR and SRE, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and content creation, ensuring brand consistency while catering to each company's specific audience.

· Manage and regularly update both companies' websites (WordPress), focusing on user experience, SEO optimization, and content relevance.

· Design and produce marketing materials for both brands, including but not limited to print media, digital graphics, promotional merchandise, business cards, vehicle wraps/etc, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity.

· Coordinate and promote events for both companies, handling all aspects from registration to data collection, ensuring successful execution and audience engagement.

· Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance for both companies, making informed adjustments to optimize results.

· Collaborate with business development and sales teams across both companies to align marketing efforts with business goals, leveraging market insights to drive strategies.

· Stay abreast of marketing trends and technologies, particularly in digital marketing and AI, to continuously enhance marketing practices for both BSR and SRE.

· Lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines for both companies, ensuring a consistent yet distinct brand voice and visual identity.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 3 years of experience in a multifaceted marketing role.

· Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

· Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects for two brands simultaneously.

· Creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing results.
