As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks including arranging payments, educating patients on dental financing options, scheduling treatments, reviewing treatment steps, and working collaboratively with our doctors and administrative staff to enhance the overall patient experience. Previous experience in the dental, medical, or customer service field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
1. Arrange payments and help patients understand dental financing options.
a. Assist with insurance, prior-authorization, and filing claims.
b. Care Credit applications and financing options.
2. Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment care.
3. Schedule dental treatments and coordinate appointments for patients.
5. Work closely with doctors and administrative staff to deliver the best patient experience.
6. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their queries and providing clear instructions.
8. Assist with insurance claims and submit necessary documentation.
9. Follow up with patients after treatment, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any post-treatment issues.
10. Assist with scheduling, check-in and check-out.
