Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Pocatello, ID

Mickelsen Construction, Inc. mainly focuses on Earthworks and paving. In addition, we have two gravel pits. One is located in Blackfoot, ID and the other in Pocatello, ID.

We produce aggregates for our projects as well as to the public. This is a skilled position requiring operator to load material / aggregate / soils into crushing and screening plants, and / or transport vehicles.

This is a full-time position that includes overtime pay during the summer hours. The position is for Monday-Friday year-round, except during extreme cold weather.

Saturdays are most often needed during the summer hours but are sometimes optional or on rotation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of sands and aggregate classification and sizes
• Observant and conscientious about factors affecting material quality
• Load transports / trailers with the proper weight.
• Keep yard and haul roads graded and clean of debris.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of MSHA requirements
