Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. · Promote flexibility and understanding when scheduling, rescheduling, and using the proper callback system to maintain office flow in an energetic and exciting work environment
· Exhibit strong organizational skills when preparing patient charts, collecting co-payments, and verifying insurance, so that the best patients around feel at ease

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years in healthcare field or fast-paced service environment
· Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
· Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs
