Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Iowa

We are a privately owned Family Practice. We are looking for a fun, friendly, energetic Hygiene Coordinator/Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our Dental Family.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for scheduling treatment, performing secretarial duties and scheduling and maintaining patient appointments.

1. Greeting patients upon arrival and assure patient information is accurate and correct in our EHR System

2. Answer multi-line telephone in a courteous and timely manner.

3. Ensure appointment hours are filled in accordance with appointment scheduling guidelines.

4. Maintain telephone call list to notify patients of openings or changes in appointment times, and schedule accordingly.

5. Check Patients out in accordance with treatment/time/and provider.

6. Ensure all prior authorizations are sent out and patient is called when treatment is approved. .

7. Organize and maintain file systems for quick retrieval of information.

8. Collect and post payments

9. Send claims, follow up on aging

10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
