Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Arizona

Job Summary:  Responsible for SSD Model Numbers and inventory tracking, as well as expediting/fulfilling customer orders for on-time delivery. 

Job Duties:   Minimum job duties include the following.

• Provide sales/customer service with lead times for quotes/orders.
• Coordinate Sales Orders to ship by quoted pack date.
• Review backlog and shipments daily.
• Create, release, and follow up on work orders.
• Coordinate work order issues/priorities with all departments necessary.
• Process WIP to Finished Goods work orders.
• Monitor SSD products & coordinate any unusual demands.
• Give priority to materials and communicate any issues.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels on key components.
• Coordinate replenishment of components with Purchasing.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets – Electronic and paper files.
• Provide backup for facilities.
• Assist in the stockroom as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills/Experience:  Minimum of three (3) years experience involving production control activities requiring scheduling and shipping/receiving strongly preferred.  Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education:  Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Business-related degree preferred.

Physical demands:   Able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.  Able to perform repetitive work and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
