Responsibilities:1. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.2. Prepare and assemble food orders according to Dickey's Barbecue Pit recipes and standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, following established cleaning procedures and schedules.4. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash and credit card payments securely.5. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down work stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and utensils.6. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health code regulations.7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment, communicating effectively and offering assistance as needed.8. Qualifications:1. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.2.
