Opening a brand new sandwich Deli located in Kahuku at the sugar mill. We will be opening at the begining of June. Interviews and training will begin the last week of May.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on service standards

- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the restaurant
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food service operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling, labor cost control, and payroll management
- Knowledge of kitchen management procedures, including food safety regulations and inventory control
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
