Use financial concepts including discounted cash flow, terminal value, net present value, cost and incremental value uplift trade off analysis. Stay updated on and implement best practices in the marketing analytics domain, particularly those relevant to the financial services industry. Clearly communicate complex analytical findings to a broad business audience, simplifying technical jargon when necessary, using Quantitative skills, data analytics skills, marketing analytics knowledge and P&L understanding. Collaborate closely with marketing creatives teams, business development, and senior leadership to align strategies and insights. Regularly review and fine-tune the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Design and oversee analytics dashboards that track performance, emerging trends, and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts. Ensure all marketing campaign selection, analytics initiatives comply with company policies, particularly in risk and control activities. Maintain documentation and procedures that align with audit standards. Oversee the adherence to company policies, audit controls, and relevant regulatory requirements in all marketing analytics operations. Required to be in South Jordan Office at least 2 days per week. Must live in commuting distance of South Jordan, Utah. Work from home benefit offered. Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or closely related field. Experience Required: 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Risk Manager, Statistician, or similar occupation. Skill set Requirements (Special Requirements): 5 years of experience must be in the Credit Card Industry or Consumer Finance Industry.
