The Plant Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling all production workflow as well as manage and direct salary non-exempt employees. This position will also be responsible for managing the input of customer orders and leading monthly physical inventories.
This position will assist the Production Control Manager by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
What You'll Do: - Lead and manage physical inventory.
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
- Monitor productivity.
- Manage EDI and Customer order submissions.
- Audit freight bills.
- Ensure correct and timely shipment of orders.
- Assist and resolve employee work process and internal issues.
- Understand department’s SOP and work instruction.
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

What We Need from You: - Associates Degree in related field preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Inventory Control experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience scheduling preferred.
- Production experience a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel (Experience with pivot tables a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
