SEEKING CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULERS / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Scheduler and Administraction Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a hard-working individual in the Construction Industry ready to join a motivated team. Scheduling & Administration Experience Required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for scheduling construction work and repairs
• Responsible for scheduling hours for office and field staff
• Performs administration duties in the office
• Coordinates between suppliers and subcontractors

Position Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
• Notary Public is a strong plus but not required
