Pipeline Scheduler jobs in Conway, AR

This position is accountable for preparing manufacturing schedules based on data provided by Program Managers, analyzing data inputs and outputs to optimize factory efficiency, and communicating the schedule to operations and finance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Managing multiple simultaneous production schedules to meet on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensuring production teams meet critical deadlines.
• Optimizing production workflow and performance.
• Reviewing a production to find areas of improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Creating long-term and short-term production schedules.
• Analyzing and communicating the financial impact of adjustments.
• Adjust as necessary for either material or customer impacts.
• Ability to work under pressure in deadline driven environment.
• Work independently and in team-oriented meetings.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate data.
• Prepare other financial analysis as appropriate.
• Present findings in meetings as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Associate degree in a subject like business administration, management, production or inventory control or 3 years of similar experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Microsoft Office expertise with Project and Excel experience a plus.

OTHER:

Must have organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, effective customer service skills and proficiency in general computer programs or systems. Must be willing to learn new skills. Should also be detail-oriented, honest, accurate, and possess sound judgement.
