Brosnan is looking for an Operations Manager (OM) responsible for monitoring and executing various operational duties within a dedicated region. The OM will work closely with the regionally based teams (matrixed reporting structure) and be a direct resource to the security officer and field supervision staff around the clock. They will also have local knowledge of the region, market, and all sites within OM’s Regional Operations Center’s (ROC) coverage area.
The duties of this position include assisting in job set-up, developing and filling schedules in WinTeam, reconciling timesheets, meeting with clients, and conducting site visits to ensure exceptional service to our clients. In addition, the Operations Manager will recruit, staff and manage job performance for all employees in the SF District.
The ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker and power user of WinTeam, TrackTik, and eHub. Must be able to handle stress and prioritize various tasks to be completed promptly. Clear communication between multiple management levels is vital. This position reports to the District Manager and works closely with the Regional Manager, and Human Resources.
