We are looking to add an entry-level Innovation Assistant to our Marketing & Innovation team. The Innovation Assistant supports the Innovative Operations Manager with internal and external agent technology, and marketing operations support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Oversees customer service and tech support on agent technology systems including but not limited to MedicareCENTER, LeadCENTER, and other proprietary technologies used by agents
• Assigns leads created by organic marketing campaigns, reassigns based on marketer request, and imports & assigns leads from call projects requested by leadership
• Runs reports requested from third-party systems including but not limited to CSG Actuarial and Discovery Data
• Prepares, scrubs, and imports data needed for systems including but not limited to Quickbase, MedicareCENTER, and LeadCENTER
• Supports Operations Manager with proprietary systems designed and built within Quickbase, including but not limited to infrastructure changes and documentation

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience preferred
• Systems infrastructure design experience and relationship data management
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Experience using QuickBase, SalesForce, Zapier
• Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
