  • Duties:

    TMD is seeking an experienced Area Maintenance Dispatch Manager with expertise in electrical, plumbing, and general labor supervision. The ideal candidate should be dependable, quick to learn, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients. The candidate must have a proven track record in overseeing minor and major construction projects and possess reliable transportation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and effectively to occasional emergency situations from clients, even during late-night hours.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster growth within the branch and potentially advance to the Regional Headquarters.
    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with franchise store owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Oversee preventive maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other related maintenance duties.
    • Negotiate favorable pricing and maintain cost-effective solutions with subcontractors and vendors.
    • Supervise and manage a team of 2-5 crews as needed
    • Adaptability to various work situations
    • Knowledge and experience in basic computer skills, welding, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, HVAC/Refrigeration, roofing, masonry, paving, landscaping, and cleaning
    • Full-time position requiring weekend availability as needed
    • Outdoor work setting as needed

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
    • Driver's License (Preferred)
    • 3 week training period at the Dallas Headquarter (All costs provided)

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $65,000
    • Sales Incentive: 2% Gross Sales
    • Total Compensation: Approximately $85,000-$90,000
    • Benefits: 401(k), Health Insurance
