Pipeline Maintenance Manager oversees the repair and maintenance of pipelines. Verifies pipeline safety. Being a Pipeline Maintenance Manager schedules repairs and maintenance. Coordinates with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new pipeline installation. Additionally, Pipeline Maintenance Manager develops safety procedures for pipeline maintenance and ensures workers are trained and in compliance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Pipeline Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Pipeline Maintenance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Philco Building Maintenance is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

    We provide maintenance services for commercial businesses such as carpentry, painting, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and portering. We service 60 commercial properties throughout Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties.

    We work full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime work available for those you are interested. Each Technician is assigned a route that includes 5-10 properties. At these properties, the technician is in charge of inspecting and performing routine preventative maintenance on both the inside and the outside. 


    We provide a great place to work! You'll want to show up and give it your best self everyday, we promise. We will reward you, give you a break, make sure you are covered and allow you to crush it!!!!

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, concrete, etc.
    • Previous experience with commercial properties a plus.
    • Ability to handle physical workload; indoor and outdoors
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

    Requirements:

      • A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI's in last 5 years).
      • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
      • Must have own tools and vehicle (reimbursed for business mileage).
