Philco Building Maintenance is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!
We provide maintenance services for commercial businesses such as carpentry, painting, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and portering. We service 60 commercial properties throughout Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties.
We work full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime work available for those you are interested. Each Technician is assigned a route that includes 5-10 properties. At these properties, the technician is in charge of inspecting and performing routine preventative maintenance on both the inside and the outside.
