Riam Recruiting has the privilege and honor of partnering with one of the largest, well-known, and established health systems in the United States. They are a large, faith-based nonprofit organization based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with over 47,000 employees. 

Last year, Riam Recruiting placed their Director of Radiation Oncology Physics and their Senior Physicist. We recently placed another Senior Physicist who joined the team in November 2023. They are seeking one additional permanent Physicist to join their team. This can be a Senior or Staff Physicist, which is permanent full-time. They are also considering resident candidates. 

There is flexibility with the schedule, and they currently offer 33 days of PTO. The pay will be around $210k-$260k for board-certified candidates, and they are currently offering up to 30k sign-on with additional for relocation.

Current Technology:

TrueBeam: 30-40 patients. SBRT/SRS in a day:1-5

Tomotherapy: 20-25 patients

Oncor: 1-3 patients

HDR (Varian Gammed IX Plus): 1-2 cases per month

IORT: 1 case per month

4 Linear Accelerators
