OHSU/ Hillsboro Medical Center is seeking a 0.75 FTE Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join the current group of 3 exceptional physicians. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to all patients served and performs all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept and reflects the mission and vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
Performed majority of the time --
· Physician will share 1 in 4 call at HMC
· Physician shall cooperate in the establishment of procedures and methods of operation for the office, maintaining in good standing medical staff privileges including attendance at required meetings.
· Performs and document assessments and data collection in an ongoing, timely, accurate, concise and systematic manner.
· Physician shall render professional services in the office designated and provided by the hospital in accordance with the Physician Employment Agreement.
· Provides inpatient care for the patients of the office practice and related referral patients.
· Renders all services promptly and diligently in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the medical community in which the physician practices.
Performed occasionally but critical to successful performance of the job:
· Adapts care to accommodate unexpected changes in patient status.
