Being a Physician - Sports Medicine monitors patient during sport events or physical activity and performs tests and prescribes medication and treatment, as necessary. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Sports Medicine requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Sports Medicine's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join established practice.
* Standard four-day work week
* Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
* Provider team consists of two physicians and two APPs when fully staffed
* Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
* General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some womens health and a heavy higher acuity / internal medicine type practice
* Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, behavioral health and ortho onsite
* Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support nearby
* 20-25 patients per day
* EPIC Electronic Medical Record
* J1 Candidates considered

* Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. **Qualifications**
* Board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician
* Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
* Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
* Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
