Being a Physician - Rheumatology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Rheumatology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Rheumatology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     - Obtaining vitals and rooming patients for visits with provider

    - Answering phones and triaging to ensure smooth and efficient work flow

    - Forward and/or calling in medical refills as appropriate

    - Obtaining records from outside providers as necessary

    - Obtaining prior authorizations for relevant investigations and/or rheumatologic medications as appropriate

    - Contacting patients regarding investigation results as advised by provider

    - In-office SC/IM injection administration

    - Assisting with other relevant patient related tasks if/when needed
