Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Front Desk Agent to provide guests with a comfortable stay in our beautiful and unique boutique hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and will be responsible for providing information about our hotel, rooms, rates and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with accurate information about our hotel, rates, services and check-in/check-out times.
• Make room reservations and provide accurate information about our rooms, rates and services.
• Take payments in the hotel lobby using cash or credit cards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and common areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
