Supports the recruitment and selection process of resident physicians. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining the pharmacy residency program’s ASHP accreditation and compliance with CMS Regulations to optimize GME pass through reimbursement.
Assist in identifying qualified residency preceptors, serves as a preceptor, and implements a preceptor development plan competencies, goals, objectives, learning activities, and evaluations with each preceptor.
Communicate and listen effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understand instructions and share knowledge.
Cooperate and interact with supervisors, peers, other departments and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to “service.
Responsible for communicating with residency affiliated parties to ensure adequate completion of all learning objectives and appropriate mentoring and preceptorship is provided to each resident during their rotations.
Ensure pharmacy residency program goals and learning objectives are met and all evaluations are performed upon completion of rotation.
