Optima Dermatology is recruiting a Director of Physician Recruitment to join our Practice Support Center, based in Portsmouth, NH.
Position Details:
The Director of Physician Recruitment will manage and execute on the overall recruitment of providers, practice support, and clinical team members. The primary focus of this role will be hiring Dermatologists, APP’s, and cosmetic providers. This role will report directly to the President and work closely with other corporate department heads and the executive team to accomplish our recruiting goals. This role will oversee the recruitment team based out of Portsmouth, NH.
